Full Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Service

We provide professional ice machine cleaning, sanitation, and basic inspection. This service does not include mechanical repairs unless specifically agreed to.

2. Access to Equipment

You are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the ice machine at the scheduled time. Delays or blocked access may result in rescheduling or a service fee.

3. Water & Power

Active water supply and power must be available at the time of service. If not, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

4. Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage, heavy scale buildup, neglected maintenance, or equipment failure discovered during or after cleaning.

5. Deep Cleaning Needs

If your machine requires a more intensive cleaning than standard service, additional charges may apply. We will notify you before proceeding.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Recurring plans require a valid credit card on file and are billed automatically each month.

8. Recurring Service Plan

Recurring service plans have a 6-month initial term. After the first 6 months, the agreement automatically renews into a 12-month term and continues to renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

9. Filter Replacement

Recurring plans include water filter replacements twice per year using Pentair Everpure filters.

10. Rate Adjustments

Any rate increases are capped at 5% and will be communicated prior to your renewal.

11. Service Results

While we follow industry best practices, results may vary depending on machine condition, age, and maintenance history.

12. Liability Limitation

Pinellas Ice Co is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of business, product, or downtime related to service.
